Today, we support thousands of teams across the globe — but we’re just getting started. We are now looking for an Accountant to join our Finance & People team in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of daily accounting operations, improving routines, and helping build scalable finance processes in an international SaaS company.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for ensuring our day-to-day accounting processes run smoothly and accurately. The role offers both operational responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements as we scale.
Core responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice flow, approvals, and payment runs
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, follow-up, and cash collection
Support month-end close, including reconciliations and bookkeeping routines
Prepare and support VAT reporting and ensure compliance
Coordinate payroll administration, including collecting and validating payroll input and collaborating with external payroll providers
Maintain and continuously improve financial processes and documentation
Projects & development
Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system
Help establish and improve scalable routines as the company grows internationally
Support audits and collaborate with external accounting partners when needed
Who You Are
You are a structured and proactive accountant who enjoys ownership and working independently as well as in tight collaboration across the organization. You are comfortable working in an environment where not everything is fully set up and you like being part of building and improving processes.
Required experience
3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within AR/AP and operational finance
Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar
Experience working with VAT reporting and reconciliations
Experience coordinating payroll processes (directly or in collaboration with an external provider)
Experience from working in a international environment
Strong Excel skills
Experience working in accounting systems and ERP platforms; experience supporting or participating in an ERP implementation is a strong advantage
You are using automation and modern tools (including AI) to improve routines and efficiency
Fluent in Swedish and English
