The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how we position and communicate our platform across key customer segments. You'll translate our feature set into clear, compelling messaging and support go-to-market efforts in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
This is a cross-functional role reporting to the CPO, working closely with Product on upcoming features, with Marketing on campaigns, and with Sales on enablement.
The Challenge
Our platform serves customers across three dimensions simultaneously:
Geography – The Nordics, UK, Spain, North America, Australia—each with different market dynamics and competitive landscapes
Sport – Football, tennis, basketball, swimming, and more—each with unique workflows and buyer expectations
Level – Elite academies have different needs and buying processes than grassroots clubs, yet both use the same platform
We have a wide feature set: payments, registrations, scheduling, communication, video analysis, player development, websites, and more. The challenge is not explaining what we do—it's crafting the right message for the right audience at the right time. That's where you come in.
What You'll Own
Positioning & Messaging
Develop a positioning framework that adapts across segments, sports, and markets
Craft messaging that resonates with different buyer personas: club administrators, coaches, federation directors, enterprise decision-makers
Ensure consistency across all customer-facing communication
Go-to-Market
Lead GTM strategy for new features, product launches, and market expansions
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to execute launches effectively
Define target segments, channels, and timing for each initiative
Internal Product Marketing
Keep the entire organization informed and aligned on what we're launching, why it matters, and how to talk about it
Run internal launch communications so that Sales, Support, and Customer Success are always up to speed on new features and positioning
Be the connective tissue between Product and the rest of the business
Sales Enablement
Create and maintain core sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
Partner with Sales to ensure messaging is clear and actionable
Support onboarding and training on new positioning and product updates
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor competitors and market trends across our key geographies
Understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behavior by segment
Feed insights back to Product and leadership to inform roadmap and strategy
Who You Are
A positioning specialist. You can take a complex product and distill it into clear, differentiated messaging for multiple audiences.
Structured yet adaptable. You build frameworks that scale, but know when to tailor for specific contexts.
You enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with different teams.
Comfortable with complexity. A multi-segment, multi-market product excites rather than overwhelms you.
Required Experience
Proven experience in a product marketing role
Strong track record in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales teams
Ability to work across multiple markets
Nice to Have
B2B SaaS experience
Experience with multi-segment or multi-market products
Background in sports, membership organizations, or platform businesses
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools
Experience running performance marketing campaigns
Graphic design skills — ability to produce or contribute to polished visual assets
Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work to move faster and work smarter
