The Role
Apptegy is seeking a mid-level Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs for 6-9 months. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Talent and partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to manage full-cycle recruiting across Go-To-Market, Corporate Functions, Product, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling organization. As a lean Talent team, this role requires flexibility, strong prioritization skills, and comfort working in ambiguity.

The Role

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across GTM, Corporate Functions, Product, and Engineering
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and evolving hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of recruiting channels
- Conduct recruiter screens and coordinate interview processes
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse
- Support Talent team initiatives, reporting, and process improvements as needed
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Talent and broader People team to meet hiring goals
- 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house or in a hybrid environment
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, with Greenhouse experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while navigating changing priorities and ambiguity
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, tech, or education-focused organizations
- Experience supporting multiple functions with varying hiring profiles
- Strong attention to detail paired with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset
