We Are Hiring / Who You Are

We are seeking a Recruiter (Contract – 6 Months) to partner with our People Operations team in driving an exceptional hiring experience. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for select roles, ensuring we attract, assess, and close top talent efficiently. This is a contractor role, not a permanent employee position. The selected individual will engage as an independent contractor (1099).

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Director of People Operations and select hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and align on interview processes.
• Source, screen, and engage diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback loops.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, in-house environment
• Experience hiring for SaaS and tech roles. Experience hiring for the startup environment highly preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Contract Details

• Type: Contract (1099 independent contractor)
• Duration: 6 months, with potential extension
  Compensation: $40–$60 per hour, depending on experience and location
• Benefits: Not eligible for company-sponsored benefits while engaged as a 1099 independent contractor.
