Account-Based Marketing Manager

Covideo is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop targeted programs that deepen customer relationships and expand our footprint within existing automotive dealer groups.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the Marketing teams to identify high-potential accounts, create personalized campaigns, and drive growth across additional rooftops, products, and dealership departments.
You’ll also build programs that turn Covideo’s most engaged customers into long-term advocates—including customer referrals, referenceable customers, and relationships with Covideo super users as they move throughout the automotive industry.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer who can translate account insights into compelling campaigns, content, and measurable revenue impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute ABM strategies that expand Covideo’s footprint within dealer groups and strategic customer accounts
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify high-potential accounts, expansion opportunities, and key stakeholders
- Build personalized, account-specific campaigns based on each dealer group’s priorities, organizational structure, product usage, and current Covideo relationship
- Create and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital advertising, webinars, events, and sales engagement
- Develop compelling campaign content and sales enablement materials, including emails, landing pages, presentations, customer stories, talk tracks, and outreach recommendations
- Establish and grow a customer referral program that generates introductions, pipeline, and new business opportunities
- Build a systematic approach to identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with Covideo champions and super users throughout their careers
- Develop a scalable customer reference process that connects Sales with relevant advocates, testimonials, case studies, and peer references
- Track account engagement, campaign performance, referrals, expansion pipeline, and influenced revenue to continually optimize programs
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing ABM strategies in B2B SaaS, technology, or another complex B2B environment
- Demonstrated success using targeted campaigns to drive expansion, adoption, pipeline, or revenue
- Experience creating personalized programs for enterprise, multi-location, or strategic accounts
- Strong understanding of account segmentation, stakeholder mapping, personalization, campaign execution, and measurement
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Strong writing, storytelling, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign and content execution
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, customer success, analytics, or ABM platforms; bonus points for experience with Pardot, Intercom (Fin), or ChurnZero
- Experience building customer referral, advocacy, champion, or reference programs
- Bonus points for experience marketing to multi-location, franchise, or dealer-group organizations
