About the role

We're a lean Revenue Operations team looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and eager to learn. You'll own the daily mechanics that keep Salesforce, our sales process, and our reporting trustworthy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with data.

What you'll own

Salesforce administration & automation

  • Assist with building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows and other CRM automations.
  • Run continual data integrity checks and bulk clean-up work using tools like JetStream
  • Serve as first-line admin for supporting systems (Gong, Dialpad, and others as assigned)

Data & reporting

  • Update daily account usage and account-count data from Salesforce and Covideo systems
  • Pull and prepare monthly data, charts, and reports, reviewing for historical consistency and flagging anomalies
  • Build ad hoc reports across departments, translating a vague request into the right fields and objects
  • Draft the data and initial insights that feed the monthly business results review with leadership

Cross-functional systems support

  • Run onboarding and offboarding for new hires: system setup and basic training across Salesforce, Dialpad, Slack, Covideo, and Gong; clean deactivation of departing employees
  • Field day-to-day troubleshooting requests across Salesforce, Dialpad, Gong, Docusign, Zoom, ZoomInfo, and Slack (roughly daily volume)

Sales operations

  • Vet, assign, and track inbound leads in real time, applying account-assignment and lead-source rules and keeping the round robin worksheet current
  • Process routine account reassignments and import updated territory lists
  • Handle clear-cut account assignment type updates (e.g., sister stores), escalating ambiguous or high-impact cases

Finance & customer success support

  • Support recurring Revenue Operations reporting, including churn, customer, and sales performance analyses by preparing data, maintaining reports, and identifying exceptions requiring further review
  • Maintain the monthly data and charts for the OEM reseller program analysis
  • Back up ChurnZero administration (plays, playbooks, field mapping) when the primary admin is out

What we need

Must-have

  • Salesforce experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Naturally curious and enjoy figuring out how systems work
  • Comfortable working with numbers and questioning unexpected results
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or stakeholders at once, with the patience to explain technical issues to non-technical users

Nice to have

  • Building and debugging Flow automations (Salesforce Admin certification a plus)
  • Comfort with bulk data tools (e.g., JetStream, Data Loader)
  • Exposure to Gong, Dialpad, Docusign, ZoomInfo, Pardot, or ChurnZero
  • Prior experience in a sales or revenue operations function
  • Basic scripting/coding familiarity for automation troubleshooting

In your first 90 days...

  • Fully independent on daily data updates, report running, and system troubleshooting
  • Owning the inbound lead vetting/assignment process without oversight
  • Confidently maintaining and modifying existing Salesforce Flows, with guidance on more complex automation projects
  • Running the first monthly churn report draft with only edge cases needing review

Benefits:

  • 401k plan with matching
  • Comprehensive health insurance (including vision and dental)
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Casual dress code
  • Breakfast bar, snacks, beverages
  • Dog-friendly
