About the role
The Data Review Specialist ensures data excellence and integrity while providing clear communication and direction to Field Agent App users (Agents). This position helps maintain strict quality control standards for all Agent response data.
What you'll do
- Utilize the Field Agent Admin system to review Agent response data, ensuring it meets quality control standards.
- Analyze Agent response data for accuracy, consistency, logic, and completeness.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing to help Agents address and understand any inconsistencies or errors in their responses.
- Stay alert to potential issues with projects, the app, or Agents, and promptly report these to management.
- Perform all tasks with diligence, integrity, and a commitment to quality.
- Submit shift summaries to management, detailing time spent, tasks completed, and any questions or feedback.
- Maintain consistent communication with management and teammates via Field Agent email, group Slack channels, and phone.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about enhancing the Agent experience positively.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability in work.
- Motivated to improve and maintain high data quality standards within the Field Agent system.
- Proven ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic, flexible work environment.
- Availability to work nights and weekends, with a minimum of 80% weekend availability.
SCHEDULE INFORMATION
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shift Details:
- Shifts are scheduled within the designated hours of operation.
- Shifts between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM are worked on-site at the Field Agent office.
- All other shifts are currently remote (subject to change).
