Join A Dynamic Firm and Shape AI Go-To-Market Operations

Five Elms Capital’s Value Creation team is adding an AI GTM Operations professional to help portfolio companies translate AI strategy into GTM success. This is a hands-on role focused on revenue acceleration; embedding AI into sales, marketing, and customer success workflows to drive pipeline, conversion, and forecasting improvements.

You Will Have a Broad Set of Responsibilities

Workflow Transformation. Redesign go-to-market workflows using AI. You will identify high-ROI use cases and deploy quickly. Continuously refine processes using data, and tie AI initiatives directly to pipeline growth, win rates, and sales velocity.

Tooling & Tech Stack Optimization. Evaluate and recommend tools and infrastructure. Establish best practices across CRM, enrichment & prospecting, and sales enablement.

Execution & Enablement. Partner with GTM leadership to implement workflows, train teams, and drive adoption. Build playbooks that can scale across the portfolio.

Is Five Elms Right for You?

  • 5-7 years of experience in GTM operations, RevOps, or sales strategy.
  • Deep understanding of modern SaaS GTM best practice processes and technology.
  • Proven ability to implement tools, drive adoption, and improve commercial metrics.
  • Bias for action and experimentation.
  • Deep curiosity about AI with practical judgment. You stay current on rapidly evolving tools and applications, distinguishing between real opportunities and hype.
  • Executive presence and confidence facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
  • Flexible to travel for portfolio meetings.
  • Must be in Kansas City or want to relocate to KC.
