Customer Support Representative

Gymdesk is a category-leading online management software for gyms, martial arts schools, yoga studios and other fitness and wellness businesses.
We are looking to hire a Customer Support Representative who can provide product support to our customers via phone, chat & email.
The ideal candidate loves helping people and proactively solving problems and can quickly learn complex technologies. We have an awesome product loved by thousands of businesses, and we need your help to resolve software inquiries from our small business owners. We are a small and dynamic team (20 people currently), and you will be joining a team of 6 reps, and answer directly to our VP of Customer Success & Customer Support Team Lead. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product
- Become an expert in our gym management software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues, escalating complex cases to Engineering as needed
- Ability to work at a fast pace, completing upwards of 50 customer engagements per day
Qualifications
- You gain energy from connecting with and helping people
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 - 3 years experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to quickly learn complex software products
- Comfort working remote
- Familiarity with collaboration (Slack) & ticketing software (CRM, such as Hubspot)
