At Gymdesk, we build intuitive, powerful software that helps gyms, martial arts schools, and fitness studios run their business seamlessly. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Partner Relationship Manager who can take ownership of building and closing partnership deals from the ground up.
This is not a “sit and wait for leads” role- you’ll be identifying, cultivating, and closing strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue, while becoming an expert on our product and the value it delivers to partners.
What You’ll Do- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing — no hand-holding, no heavy marketing dependency. You’ll drive results through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, understanding their needs and aligning Gymdesk solutions to deliver value.
- Become a product expert- not on APIs or engineering, but on the real-world features, workflows, and benefits that matter to our partners and their customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Track, analyze, and optimize your outreach and deals to continually improve results.
- Proven experience selling a B2B SaaS product- ideally in a role where you had to deeply understand product features to sell effectively.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills- you know how to connect, gain trust, and create long-term value.
- A track record of owning the full sales cycle and consistently closing deals, without relying heavily on inbound leads.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset- you thrive in an environment where you create your own momentum.
- Track record of quota carrying and exceeding
