We’ve built a strong foundation of SEO, product-led growth, and happy customers. Now, we’re scaling demand capture through paid acquisition, outbound alignment, and event-led plays.
About the Role
We’re looking for a scrappy, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to help us generate more qualified leads through paid campaigns, event marketing, and outbound marketing enablement.
You’ll own channels like Google Ads, Meta/Instagram (via Otis AI), and CRO on our website while also identifying tournaments, affiliations, and industry partnerships that can generate demand. You’ll work closely with GTM on outbound plays, support our SDR team with high-intent traffic, and move fast using tools like HubSpot, GA4, and AI platforms to get work done in hours, not days.
This role is built for someone who doesn’t just manage vendors. You execute, test, and optimize directly. You're equally comfortable launching campaigns and finding sponsorships that put Gymdesk in front of the right audiences.
What You’ll Own
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Otis AI
- Manage and improve conversion performance across our website and landing pages
- Identify & activate sponsorship opportunities: tournaments, events, affiliations, and associations
- Partner with GTM Operations to amplify outbound campaigns through retargeting and paid amplification
- Create and iterate on campaign creative using AI tools and internal resources
- Own tracking and reporting via HubSpot, GA4, and Otis AI—proving what’s working and doubling down
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Highly self-directed, able to plan, execute, and optimize without waiting on others
- Proven track record running paid campaigns that drive SQLs and trials, not just clicks
- Fast-moving and comfortable experimenting with AI tools to help you execute faster
- You know your way around GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Aircall, and other modern GTM tools
- You’re always optimizing landing pages, ads, and messaging
- Bonus: You have experience in the martial arts or boutique fitness industry
