The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Partner to own and drive recruitment across our European markets — from first contact to signed offer. You’ll play a key role in shaping our team as we continue scaling, hiring for a wide mix of roles across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
You’ll also be a trusted partner to our People Team, supporting on broader HR and People initiatives such as onboarding, culture, and employer branding. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll combine creative sourcing with structured, strategic thinking to make Magma an employer of choice across Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring for a wide variety of roles across Europe — from sourcing to negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs, build scorecards, and craft inclusive, compelling job descriptions.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects Magma’s values and culture.
- Build and manage pipelines proactively for critical roles.
- Collaborate with the People team on projects in onboarding, retention, and people operations.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent analytics to improve processes continuously.
- Act as a culture ambassador, helping us scale our People philosophy as we grow.
Who You Are
- Experienced full-cycle recruiter (3+ years) with proven success sourcing, negotiating and hiring across multiple functions and European markets.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Structured, proactive, and deeply people-oriented — you care about candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Comfortable switching between strategic and operational work; you love both data and people.
- Excited by growth, speed, and ambiguity — you thrive in fast-moving environments where you can make real impact.
- Passionate about culture and people: you don’t just fill roles, you build organizations.
- Bonus if you have experience working in HiBob and Team Tailor.
