The Role

As Marketing Associate you will be responsible for events, marketing and PR efforts across Europe. You will have a large impact on how the company is perceived and be instrumental in supporting the sales teams in sourcing deals in Sweden, UK and Germany.

A large part of our marketing strategy is based on trade shows and events and you will be responsible for ensuring we have an exciting and attractive presence. As we are primarily working towards large customer accounts you will be working with Account Based Marketing where we conduct targeted initiatives towards our most important leads.

You will be working with the latest AI tools to drive efficiency across our marketing efforts and that they scale across countries.‍

Who you are and what you know

To succeed in the role you need to:

• Have experience managing larger marketing projects

• Have experience setting up trade shows, creating company specific events, organizing client dinners and creating other types of magical experiences

• Be structured and goal oriented in your efforts in order to manage multiple projects, events and campaigns over multiple markets.

• Be a high energy individual who loves to come with your own ideas and to also make them happen. At Magma you will be working with amazing colleagues and enjoy being a team player.

• Be a great manager of both internal and external resources and know how to be a persuasive and fun leader

• Be excited about exploring AI-initiatives across the marketing stack

Requirements

• A passion for marketing and brand

• Consistent high performer with a strong track record across any field

• Exhibiting extreme ownership and ability to drive projects to completion

• Bachelor's+ Degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing or Economics

• Excited about working with a team, in office with a chance to travel across Europe‍
