Magma is a startup that has quickly grown to become the leading platform for data-driven math education. The Role

You will primarily work with the German part of the curriculum team, i.e., those responsible for all the math problems that teachers share with their students in equivalent elementary and high schools in the Germany. The primary focus of this work is to create and organize math problems to support schools and school districts in Germany. You will utilize lots of AI technology to make your work efficient, and you will also interact with our German team on the ground, to gather relevant feedback from the classrooms. You will also make school visits in Sweden to observe how our math content functions in practice, and how we can improve the experience for both students and teachers.

At Magma, we work very closely together in the different teams. This offers the opportunity to gain insight into, for example, how sales processes, product development, customer success, and content, operate together within a company like ours. Who you are and what you know

We are looking for you who have graduated from Swedish high school before August 2026 , and are:

• Very social and enjoys collaborating with others

• Fluent in English and German (Swedish is a bonus), both spoken and written

• Eager to learn new things, and eventually take the step towards becoming a project manager

• Goal-oriented and accustomed to working towards deadlines

• Flexible and open to rapid changes in a dynamic work environment

• Great at communicating

• Interested in growing together with us

To succeed in the role you need to:

• Be hardworking and willing to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing startup

• Strike the right balance between being efficient and producing high-quality content‍

Requirements

• Swedish high school diploma

• At least math content knowledge up to Matematik 3b

• Excited about working with a team, in office, and not remotely‍
