WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Establishing and cultivating relationships with potential clients (ABA and other data-based therapy providers) to schedule demos

Finding potential clients through outbound prospecting

Conducting product demos and follow-up meetings with clinicians and decision-makers
-
Maintaining accurate records of all sales opportunities (e.g. contact information, company details, and notes/descriptions of all interactions), and forecasting the potential of the deal closing

Creating and sending prospect proposals

Maintaining relationships, following up, and bringing deals to close

Other duties as assigned
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF:

You’ve thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change
-
You have experience in sales and/or marketing, and understand how to best position a product or solution to a prospective client

You have solid knowledge of ABA (BCBA preferred), and extensive experience utilizing Electronic Data Collection and/or Practice Management software

You’re a dynamic presenter with the ability to “think on your feet” and pivot as questions arise / participants respond

You love talking to people, learning about their needs, and demonstrating a fantastic solution – all while actively listening and staying in the moment

You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain things clearly and effectively

You have a high level of organization, time management, and self-initiative while working independently from a home office

You are experienced with utilizing CRMs (Hubspot preferred). If you do not know Hubspot, you feel comfortable learning the platform to utilize in your daily work; overall comfort with software and technology is a must

You have a constant thirst for learning and ability to figure out new approaches to sales strategies

You are motivated by closing deals and earning commission
