Client Development Representative

Having recently received a growth investment, we’re expanding rapidly. As a young, dynamic company, we offer opportunities for growth and upward mobility. Our diverse team works remotely across the US, Canada, and internationally, however for this role, we are looking for US-based candidates.

Position Details

  • Role: Client Development Representative

  • Type: Full-time, employee position

  • Reports to: Director of Sales

  • Compensation: Base salary + commission

  • Benefits: Medical, paid time off, 401(k)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Establishing and cultivating relationships with potential clients (ABA and other data-based therapy providers) to schedule demos

  • Finding potential clients through outbound prospecting

  • Conducting product demos and follow-up meetings with clinicians and decision-makers

  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales opportunities (e.g. contact information, company details, and notes/descriptions of all interactions), and forecasting the potential of the deal closing

  • Creating and sending prospect proposals

  • Maintaining relationships, following up, and bringing deals to close

  • Other duties as assigned

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF:

  • You’ve thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change

  • You have experience in sales and/or marketing, and understand how to best position a product or solution to a prospective client

  • You have solid knowledge of ABA (BCBA preferred), and extensive experience utilizing Electronic Data Collection and/or Practice Management software

  • You’re a dynamic presenter with the ability to “think on your feet” and pivot as questions arise / participants respond

  • You love talking to people, learning about their needs, and demonstrating a fantastic solution – all while actively listening and staying in the moment

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain things clearly and effectively

  • You have a high level of organization, time management, and self-initiative while working independently from a home office

  • You are experienced with utilizing CRMs (Hubspot preferred). If you do not know Hubspot, you feel comfortable learning the platform to utilize in your daily work; overall comfort with software and technology is a must

  • You have a constant thirst for learning and ability to figure out new approaches to sales strategies

  • You are motivated by closing deals and earning commission
