Purpose:
As a Senior Account Executive at Rebrandly, you'll be at the forefront of our revenue growth strategy, driving the adoption of our industry-leading link management platform among mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll own the complete sales cycle, leveraging your consultative approach to translate customer challenges into tailored solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. In this highly autonomous position, you'll build and manage your pipeline, forge authentic relationships with prospects, and contribute directly to Rebrandly's continued recognition as a leading global software company.
About You:
You're a seasoned B2B SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets through strategic outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales expertise. You thrive in autonomous environments where you can take ownership of your sales strategy while collaborating effectively with global teams. Your deep expertise enables you to quickly identify customer pain points and articulate compelling value propositions. Above all, your customer-first mindset, adaptability, and consultative approach allow you to create exceptional experiences that convert prospects into loyal Rebrandly advocates.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage deep expertise in Marketing Automation, CPaaS, Digital Marketing, and Martech trends relevant to Rebrandly's solutions and customer base
- Proactively identify, target, and engage decision-makers (including C-Suite) within organizations matching Rebrandly's ideal customer profile
- Aggressively build and manage your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Independently drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with minimal supervision
- Convert qualified leads into new customers through close collaboration with the SDR team
- Quickly align customer pain points with Rebrandly's solutions, articulating clear value propositions
- Maintain meticulous sales hygiene in CRM, documenting use cases, buyer journey stages, and forecasting timelines
- Build authentic relationships with prospects that extend beyond the initial sale
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs, both virtually and on-site
- Lead consultative, data-driven sales conversations focused on business outcomes
- Strategically leverage your professional network and internal resources to accelerate sales cycles
- Own pricing negotiations with accountability for closing revenue targets
- Master Rebrandly's sales tech stack for efficient lead and pipeline management
- Provide exceptional customer experiences regardless of deal outcome
We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:
- 5+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience in mid-market to Enterprise B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success in generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Documented track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling mid-market deals (mid-five-figure ACVs) and Enterprise deals (six-figure ACVs)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously and drive results without close supervision
- Exceptional prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outbound activities
- Strong technical acumen with excellent written and verbal communication
- Superior project management skills for juggling multiple complex opportunities
- Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions and ARR
- Expert proficiency with modern sales tools, including Salesforce, Gong, and Zoominfo
- Customer-first mindset with proven ability to collaborate globally
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments where solutions aren't always straightforward
- Relentless hunter mentality with the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging market
