Role Overview
As Growth Operations Manager, you'll drive operational excellence across our revenue functions, optimizing processes, managing our Marketing tech stack, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You'll work cross-functionally to create scalable systems that power Rebrandly’s product-led and sales-led growth strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and operational excellence in a dynamic PLG SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimizing processes, leveraging data for decision-making, and collaborating across teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment and Business Analysis
- Collaborate with leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities
- Ensure all growth initiatives align with the company's overall strategic objectives
- Conduct regular business analysis to identify growth trends, challenges, and opportunities
Growth Operations
- Create a best-in-class inbound sales engine, testing new solutions (including AI) for capturing and converting website visitors
- Deliver transparent and reliable reporting on sales and marketing metrics
- Partner with VP Sales to provide insight and analysis on sales metrics and pipeline data
- Create repeatable processes and provide hands-on technical support for campaign launches
- Collaborate with growth marketing to automate top-of-funnel workflows to maximize conversion rates
- Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities within the customer base and target markets
- Own the administration of the sales and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
Product-led Sales Operations
- Collaborate with the product team to identify usage triggers that generate high-converting leads
- Design and operationalize a system for capturing product-qualified leads
- Create a sales pipeline routing system for PLG-to-SLG expansion ARR
- Define and launch innovative programs to diversify and increase sales pipeline health, including:
- Sales referral program for customer-to-customer referrals
- Establish an "Alumni outreach" program for sales reps to connect with previous customers in new roles
- Identify and propose other creative and effective sales expansion opportunities
Partner Operations
- Streamline and automate the capture, routing, qualification, and follow-up for inbound partner inquiries
- Deploy and manage affiliate marketing initiatives
Operational Process Optimization
- Scale internal processes to support efficient and rapid growth across all departments
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks
- Identify and address areas for automation and process improvement
Revenue Tech Stack Ownership
- Partner with Engineering to ensure GTM tech stack adheres to Rebrandly's data architecture standards
- Evaluate, select, and implement new tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration between tools to create a cohesive growth operations ecosystem
Data Management and Analytics
- Establish and monitor KPIs for growth initiatives across all departments
- Marketing ROI: Channel Performance KPIs, Campaign Efficiency, Cost per Acquisition
- ICP TOFU coverage, ICP/Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Conversion Rate
- PLS lead volume and conversion rates
- Manage and maintain data integrity in CRM and other software tools
- Conduct regular reporting to leadership on growth progress and opportunities
Demand Generation and Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to operationalize demand-generation campaigns
- Support Sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection
- Assist with the onboarding and training process of new team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up environment; PLG experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational projects from start to finish, on-time and on-budget
- CRM System Administration Experience: Salesforce, Zoominfo, Hubspot, Intercom, and Gong
- Integration Expertise: Zendesk, Stripe, and other core systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Expertise in LinkedIn Campaigns, Hubspot forms, and UTM tracking
- Experience with AI tools (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Anthropic) is a must
