Purpose:

We're seeking a Senior Full-Funnel Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Working alongside our Content Director and our Growth Director, who focuses on acquisition and new channel development, you'll own the complete customer journey from first touch through expansion and advocacy. You'll be responsible for turning prospects into customers and customers into advocates, while maximizing lifetime value at every stage of the funnel.

As a senior individual contributor reporting to the head of marketing, you'll have significant ownership over customer journey optimization, email marketing systems, and revenue expansion initiatives. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

This role is fully remote in the US.

About You:

This role is perfect for a growth-minded marketer who is experienced at building impactful email programs, increasing conversion rates throughout the funnel, and driving revenue growth from existing customers. You're a hands-on builder who can identify challenges and take action. You know your job isn’t to check a box, it’s to drive results, and adjust your strategy accordingly. And you have a track record of success that shows it.

What You'll Do:

Customer Lifecycle & Email Marketing

  • Design and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle email campaigns from onboarding, through retention, and expansion.
  • Build and optimize lead-nurturing automation sequences to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Create customer onboarding sequences that drive activation and early value realization.
  • Manage all email marketing initiatives, including outbound emails, newsletters, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and execute customer revenue programs including referrals, upgrades, and expansion campaigns.

Revenue Optimization & Funnel Management

  • Own full-funnel optimization for specific customer personas and use cases
  • Optimize PLG conversion funnels from first visit through customer activation
  • Execute sales enablement initiatives to support the sales team with qualified leads and customer insights
  • Test, track, and optimize all customer journey touchpoints for maximum conversion

Technical Implementation & Integration

  • Set up and manage email & CRM integrations to ensure seamless data flow
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows in our tech stack
  • Execute technical marketing implementations, including tracking, attribution, and reporting systems, to report on your success

Campaign Execution & Analysis

  • Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns focused on customer journey progression
  • Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of all customer touchpoints
  • Provide detailed performance reporting and analysis on customer lifecycle metrics
  • Collaborate with the Growth Director to ensure seamless handoff from first visit to acquisition to lifecycle programs

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-funnel marketing, email marketing, or customer lifecycle management in a PLG SaaS environment
  • Proven experience driving revenue through customer onboarding, nurturing, and expansion programs
  • Strong technical skills with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools
  • Data-driven approach with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and customer journey optimization
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute complex, multi-touch campaigns
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling email content and customer messaging
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer mindset–you put yourself in the shoes of the customer to understand their needs, how to deliver them value, and how to drive action.

Why Join Our Team:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Professional development budget for continued learning
