At ShippyPro, you’ll work with Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to shape how we communicate our products, launches, and vision globally.

The Product

ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries. It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.

We want to build narratives people remember.

We’re looking for a Product Marketer who can transform complex logistics and AI products into messaging customers instantly understand and connect with.

You’ll work across launches, positioning, storytelling, product communication, and sales enablement. You’ll help define how ShippyPro is perceived in the market.

You’ll have real ownership over positioning and launches from day one — not a queue of copy requests, but a seat at the table when we decide how a product goes to market. You’ll work closely with Product and Design from concept to release, which means your input shapes things before they’re built, not just after.

We’re building one of the most ambitious logistics platforms in Europe. The voice behind it hasn’t been fully defined yet. That’s the opportunity.


What You’ll Do

  • Own product positioning and messaging

  • Create launch strategies for products and new features

  • Translate product complexity into clear customer value

  • Build storytelling frameworks across all touchpoints

  • Write copy for launches, campaigns, demos, website, and sales enablement

  • Work closely with Product and Design teams from concept to release

  • Interview customers and turn insights into communication

  • Improve how Sales communicates value propositions

  • Build consistency across brand, product, and GTM communication
