Our growing 10KC Team is currently seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our revenue generation processes, managing critical systems, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in implementing and refining workflows to drive efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. What You Will Do:
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize existing revenue operations processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth.
- System Management:
- Administer and manage key revenue operations systems, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and other relevant tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Implement and manage system integrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and strategies.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Support the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track revenue performance.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accurate reporting.
- Technology Implementation:
- Evaluate and implement new revenue-related technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train team members on the use of new systems and processes.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations role.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to document processes, and create training materials.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in system integrations is a plus.
- Experience with revenue related technology implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced high change environment
Expected salary range: CA$73,000 - CA$110,000
