About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities across administration, facilities, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Operations
- Manage and maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, supplies, and inventory management
2. Facility Management
- Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of office infrastructure
- Coordinate with service providers for repairs, utilities, and general office needs
- Manage seating arrangements, workspace planning, and office logistics
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain compliance-related records and documentation
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices
4. IT Assets & Logistics Management
- Track and manage IT assets such as laptops, accessories, and office equipment
- Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for procurement, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Maintain asset registers and support onboarding and offboarding logistics
5. Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to internal teams as required
- Handle on-ground coordination, errands, and cross-functional tasks
- Support employee engagement activities and office events
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
