About Ritten
Ritten is building the next generation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management tools for Behavioral Health providers. We empower clinicians and admin teams with intuitive software that simplifies care delivery, improves outcomes, and supports sustainable growth. Backed by top-tier investors, we’re scaling quickly and on a mission to transform behavioral health.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team. This role will primarily be responsible for designing core workflows across our platform, with a particular focus on high-impact areas like Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
As a Senior Product Designer at Ritten, you will own end-to-end product design work—from early discovery and low-fidelity exploration through polished UI and production-ready execution. You’ll collaborate daily with product leadership, engineering, and even our co-founders, ensuring that our tools are not only functional, but intuitive, efficient, and delightful for the behavioral health teams who rely on them.
What You’ll Do
● Own end-to-end product design for key areas of the Ritten platform, guiding work from early discovery through launch.
● Become an expert in our users' daily workflows, conducting user research to deepen understanding and uncover hidden pain points to inform effective solutions.
● Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, understanding and working within business and technical constraints, while recommending creative solutions.
● Produce wireframes, polished UI designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
● Work independently as part of a small design team and ensure the delivery of a cohesive UX.
What We’re Looking For
● 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
● Expertise in Figma, including prototyping and designing from an established and evolving design system
● Familiarity with agile product development workflows and tools such as Jira.
● Strong ability to design across the full product lifecycle, from concept through production support.
● Demonstrated success managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when partnering product and stakeholder engagement
● Bonus: Experience leveraging user analytics or quantitative UX research methods.
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation packages that include meaningful equity and strong cash salaries, benchmarked against top startups at our stage.
Location / Work Policy
We’re a primarily hybrid company. Most of our engineering team works hybrid, with an expectation of ~1–2 days per week in-office for those based near Philadelphia, Denver, or New York City.
